Ingredients

    3c Flour
    2.5c Splenda
    1 tsp baking soda
    2.5 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
    2 tsp Salt
    3 eggs
    1 c applesauce
    4 c Grated Raw Zucchini

Directions

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 12 by 9 baking pan or two loaf pans. Bake one hour. Test with toothpick. Cook an additional 15 minutes if necessary
