    1 whole-wheat tortilla
    2 Tbsp hummus
    2 medium mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 roma tomato
    4 strips bell pepper
    two romaine leaves
    a few slices of zucchini
    2 tsp shredded cheese
    Pepper to taste

Directions

1) Spread hummus on tortilla
2) Layer on veges
3) Sprinkle pepper/other spices to taste
4) Wrap and enjoy
