Ingredients

    1 cup stone-ground grits
    4 cups water
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder

    2 laughing cow light swiss wedges

Directions

Place grits, water, salt, & garlic powder in small crockpot. Cook for 8 hours.

Before eating, stir in cheese until melted.
