Boil fresh chopped carrots and break down the broccoli and cook until water is almost gone, then add one can of cream of mushrom soup, one small can of cooked can of mushrooms; then add a half a can (from the soup can) of fresh filtered water and a half can of milk in the same can, equalled to one can of liquid; added to the cooked veggies, then warm until it comes to a boil. Then serve warm with fresh Italian bread. Yumy yummy for your tummy!

You can make it more creamy by adding your favorite dried cheese sprinkled on top or add some cream of starch when placing milk and water in the veggies, but that defeats a diet soup!

cook the broccoli first with the sliced carrots. then add soup from can and using the same can plae a half filled with water and half with milk. If you like to make it cajn just add soem cayenne pepper and okra or corn, with the other veggies!

Serving Size: one cup is a serving size. soup should make three servings!
