Ingredients

    1 C Oats
    1 c Chocani non fat greek vanilla yogurt.
    1/3 melted butter
    2 eggs
    1 c brown sugar
    1 c all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking pwd
    1 tsp salt,
    1/4 tsp baking soda

Tips

Can reduce how much goes in muffin tins and make 24. I have noticed that they run over and don't cook up right when they are baked in 12 muffin pans. Also could add a sprinkle of sugar and oats if desired. (not included in nutrition facts)


Directions

Mix 1 c oats and 1 c Chocani non fat greek vanilla yogurt. Add 1/3 c melted butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup brown sugar. Sift 1 c flour, 1 tsp baking pwd, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda together separately. Stir dry into wet. Fill muffin cups. Bake 375 for 20-25 min
