Ingredients

    5 bell peppers
    1 lb ground turkey
    salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper
    2 sm potatoes
    cheese mix (.5 cup)
    1/4 tomato diced
    1 jalapeno diced

Directions

cook ground turkey with jalapeno and tomato add seasoning
boil potato until tender and add to turkey mixture
cut bell peppers in half long ways and stuff with turkey mixture
sprinkle cheese over each pepper
grill for about 30 min on medium heat (used outdoor grill kept at about 300 degrees F)
