    Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style, 1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup (remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven 350*. Mix all ingreadiants together and pour into greased 8x8 baking dish and cook for 60 min
