Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    **Fiber One Caramel Delight, 1 cup
    Coconut, sweetened, .25 cup
    Almonds, .25 cup, slivered
    *Edy's Slow Churned Ice Cream Vanilla, 2.5 cup
    Chocolate syrup, 5 tbsp

Directions

--cover a roasting pan with wax paper. Put aside.
--lightly toast coconut and almonds in a small dry pan over medium heat. Take it from me, DO NOT USE TOASTER OVEN!!!! It is a fire hazard ;) Cool in a separate bowl or plate.
--combine cooled coconut, almonds, and cereal in a large ziploc bag and use a rolling pin (or bottom of a pan) to smash to small pieces.
--poor back into the bowl or dish that was used to cool the coconut and almonds.
--Using a 1/4 cup ice cream scoop, scoop, roll, and pack one ball at a time into the cereal mixture. Be sure to really roll and pack the mixture into the ball of ice cream.
--Place onto prepared pan and continue.
--Place completed balls into freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Then place into freezer safe container or Ziploc bag until ready to serve!
--drizzle 1 tbsp of chocolate sauce over each serving.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings of 2 balls each!
