Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pounds of venison steak, cubed
    2 Tbs. olive oil
    3-4 pounds of potatoes
    4 cups of cut up carrots
    1 cup of chopped onions
    1 can of green beans
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    10 cups water

Directions

Brown venison in the olive oil. Add water, soup mix, potatoes, carrots, onions, green beans, and celery. Bring all to boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for approximately 45 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
