Ingredients

    1.5 cups Philadelphia low-fat cream cheese
    1.5 Tbsp butter
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup erythritol powder
    1 tsp pure powdered stevia
    0-2 Tbsp almond milk to thin frosting (or equivalent flavored sugar-free syrup)

Directions

Melt butter together with erythritol and stevia. Add to cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add milk (or syrup) if needed to thin frosting.

I use almost the entire recipe to frost 1 dozen cupcakes (nutrients figured for 12 servings), but this amount will actually frost 2 9" round layers of cake, 2 dozen cupcakes, or 1 9x13 cake if you use an "average" amount of frosting.
