Ingredients

    1 cup almond flour/meal
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    2 Tbsps butter, softened
    2 Tbsps rum or bourbon
    2 Tbsps SF syrup - I like coconut or vanilla best
    Scant 1/4 cup Splenda Baking Blend

Directions

Thoroughly mix all ingredients and form into balls!

Serving Size: Makes 18 1" balls
