Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Cups Beans, black
    2 Cups Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    2 Cups Beans, red kidney (light or dark)
    2 Cups Yellow Sweet Corn
    1/2 cup of Leeks
    1/4 to 1/2 cup of Tomato Paste
    I did not add Salt
    I also added Creole seasonings to give it a little 'kick.' You can add your favorite seasoning.

Tips

You can change the type of beans to your liking.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together, fill it with water until it just covers the beans. Set the slow cooker to high and leave it on for 5 hours.
