Good, spicy potato wedges. Good, spicy potato wedges.

Ingredients

    5 Medium potatoes, washed, not peeled
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp parsley

Tips

Check the wedges at 30 minutes in to see how they're coming a long. Sometimes my potatoes cook faster than I expect!


Directions

Cut potatoes into wedges (about 8 per potato) and put in a bowl. Mix spices with oil in a small bowl and drizzle over potatoes. Stir to evenly coat potatoes with seasoning. Bake on cookie sheet for about 40 minutes at 425.
