Ingredients

5 leaves of Fresh Basil
1 clove Garlic
1 TBSP Shredded Parmesan or Grana Padano
2 TBSP Light Mayo
Directions
Using a food processor, add basil leaves, garlic and shredded cheese. Pulse for a few times until chopped up. Add Mayo and pulse again until blended.
This is great on a chicken sandwich or wrap with Roma Tomatoes and Romaine Lettuce!
This recipe is for about 4 servings, if you go light on it! About 1 TBSP for each serving. it can easily be made larger and then kept in the fridge for later.

I liked it! It has quite a 'kick,' with the garlic/fresh basil coming through full force. I only made a single batch with my magic bullet. Maybe the magic bullet isn't the way to go with this receipe unless one triples the recipe. I plan on doing that next time. :) - 9/5/09

Yes the garlic can be a bit much! Feel free to scale down the garlic for those who like it a little milder. :)
