Ingredients

    1 can Low Fat Eagle Brand Milk
    1/2 cup Lemon Juice
    1 container Cool Whip lite (Thawed)
    1 cup fresh Blueberries
    1 cup Fresh Raspberries
    1.5 cups fresh Strawberries (sliced)
    1.5 cups fresh Pineapple (cut into 1 inch chunks)
    .5 cup crushed grahm crackers

Directions

Blend Eagle Brand Milk and lemon juice until smooth, add cool whip. Mix until completely combined. Alternate layers of fresh fruit with 1/4 of the coolwhip mixture in a glass serving dish - ending with cool whip mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 24 hours. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed grahm crackers just before serving.
