    Swiss Chard, 1.7 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .33 cup, chopped (remove)

Tips

I would go less on the chinese 5 spice...too strong for me but my husband loved it!


Directions

precook rice, chicken and shrimp. then dice and saute all other ingredients except Worcester and Bragg's. After veggies are crisp tender, stir in rice and meat and sauces and heat through.
