Ingredients

    One apple
    2 TBS lite maple syrup
    1 Tbs I can't believe it is butter

Directions

core the apple, make a few slices through the skin of the apple. Fill the cored apple with the maple syrup and butter, top with cinnamon. Place a piece of waxed paper on top of the apple. Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes depending on size of apple.
