Introduction

I found this recipe a little bland to start with but played around with adding herbs and spices for more flavour I found this recipe a little bland to start with but played around with adding herbs and spices for more flavour
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp margarine
    2 Tbsp flour
    1.5 cup skim milk
    1 onion
    400g canned salmon
    1.5 cups frozen peas
    1/4 cup cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3 cups mashed potato

Directions

Melt the margarine over a medium heat, stir in flour and cook, stirring for a minute.

Gradually add milk and continue cooking, stirring occassionally until the sauce is smooth and thickened, stir in onion, salmon, peas

Sppon potato over the salmon mix, sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden and hot
