Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 cup - dates
    1/4 cup - reduced fat peanutbutter
    2 T - almond meal
    1/2 T - Coconut Oil
    almond meal for coating the balls

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Form into 18 small balls. Roll in almond meal.

Serving Size: Makes 18 balls
