Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1. 1 package Rainbow Pasta (6 cups cooked or 1 box)
    2. 1/3 c. Red/Fat grated parmesan cheese (16 tsps)
    3. 1/2 c. Kraft fat free zesty italian dressing (8tbs)
    4. 1 c. Golden plum tomatoes (~ 12 tomatoes)

Tips

This makes a very filling lunch and it's a good way to sneak in other veggies. I sometimes add in steamed broccoli. I wouldn't add high starch veggies like corn or peas though since it loads up on your carb index.


Directions

1. Cook Pasta according to package instructions
2. Chop golden tomatoes in half
3. Measure cheese
4. Measure Dressing

****Once boiled, remove and drain pasta. Rinse with very cold water to cool the pasta. Add cold noodled to large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until pasta is sufficiently coated with cheese/dressing.****
