Ingredients

    4 slices reduced cal bread
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    3 T milk (1%)
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 t vanilla
    1 t stevia (or less)

Directions

beat eggs,milk, cinnamon, vanilla, stevia. dip bread slices in egg mixture both sides and fry in a pan sprayed with Pam.

Serving Size: makes 2 servings (2 slices each)
