Ingredients

    Mango, Raw 0.25 cup sliced or grated
    Quinoa 0.25 cup
    Cumin Seeds 1tsp
    Tumeric, ground 1tsp
    Olive oil 1 tsp
    Water 2 cups

Tips

Raw Mango is generally sour. Please use it according to your preferance. You can add spinach, green chillies and other vegetables or meat as a variation


Directions

Step 1: Slice or grate raw mango
Step 2: Wash and clean Quinoa and keep aside
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan
Step 4: Add Cumin Seeds and let them splutter
Step 5: Add tumeric
Step 6: Add grated/sliced mango
Step 7: Add Quinoa
Step 8: Add 2 cups of water
Step 9: Cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until quinoa is cooked properly
