Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1.4 lb
    Flour, white, 3 cup
    Water, tap, 12 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Sour Cream, 1 cup
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Butter, 1 tbsp for sauteing

Directions

Sautee onion and Beef cubes together in butter. Add water and flour alternately, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms. Cook until thickened, about 20 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles or rice
