Ingredients

    1 can albacore tuna-drained of liquid
    1/2 cup of diced dill pickles
    1/2 cup of diced cucumber with peel-as finely chopped as you like
    1/2 cup Jicama (yambean) chopped
    1-2 green onions finedly diced
    1/2 to 1 Jalapeno pepper- can be omitted
    2 tbsp of Hellman's light mayonaise
    2 tbsp of McCormick light chipotle mayonaise- or any other brand

Tips

Use as much or as less of any ingredient to satify your personal taste.


Directions

1. break up the tuna to small pieces
2. Add all other ingredients and stir until every ingredient is evenly mixed
3. Serve over green salad with crackers or toast or make a sandwhich with tomatoes and avocado
