Ingredients

    4 cups Potatoes, cooked & diced
    1/4 lb Ground Beef, lean
    2 cups Green Beans, cooked
    1/2 cup 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 cup Onions, diced
    2 cloves Garlic, crushed
    Black Pepper to taste
    2 tbsp. Olive Oil


Directions

Saute onions & garlic in olive oil until tender. Mix together potatoes, meat, green beans & soup together; add to onions; season with pepper. Cook in a large skillet on med/high heat until potatoes are brown.
