Ingredients

    1 small yellow squash
    1 small zucchini
    1/2 large onion
    2 tablespoons Chia Seed Flour
    3 tablespoons Bisquick gluten free baking mix
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoons olive oin
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Shred onion, squash and zucchini Mix all ingredients except olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Do Not add any liquid. Heat non stick pan and put a little olive oil in. Cook like a pancake makes 8

Serving Size: 8 - 2 1/2" cakes
