Introduction

Cheesy, crispy little crackers with only 1 carb that can be made in 2 minutes. Cheesy, crispy little crackers with only 1 carb that can be made in 2 minutes.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup (30 grams) shredded feta cheese

Tips

This can be done with any full fat shredded cheese. Low fat cheeses don't work.


Directions

Place parchment paper on microwave turntable (do not use wax paper)
Divide 1/4 cup of feta in 4 and mound on parchment in 4 piles.
Spread each pile into a thin circle, leaving 2 inches between each circle.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes (1200 watt microwave)

Each circle should be golden brown ... Cook in additional 20 second increments until golden.

Let cool then peel from parchment.

Serving Size: Makes 4 crisps
