Ingredients

    Swiss Chard, 400 grams
    Spinach, fresh, 400 grams
    Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Olive Oil, 30 grams
    Garlic, 50 grams
    Onions, raw, 400 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 500 grams
    Mushrooms, fresh, 400 grams
    Ginger Root, 100 grams

Directions

Heat oil and fry ginger and garlic. Once brown, add onions.
Once translucent, add tomatoes.
Once the oil separates, add all other ingredients and cover with water and cook till the potatoes are done.
