Ingredients

    3 lbs Pork roast or chops
    2 lg cans whole tomato's
    4 sm cans green chilis'
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 med onions
    16 oz cheddar cheese
    lettuce
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cube pork and add tomato's, chili's, garlic, onion, and salt and pepper in slow cooker. Let cook on high for 5 hours or until pork falls apart stirring occasionally.

Pour 1 cup of meat mixture over lettuce and garnish with cheese



Serving Size: makes 15 soft taco's
