Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, (28 oz canned)
Cilantro Leaves, 1 large bunch, chopped
Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp.
*Kroger Frozen 3 Pepper & Onion Blend, 12 oz bag
corn, frozen, 1 cup
Chicken Boullion, Knorr Brand, 2 Tbsp
Ground cumin, 1 Tbsp
Add chicken, pork, beef, seafood or beans for protein.
Add brown rice, whole grain pasta or barley to make the soup hearty.
Sprinkle with Trechas or Tajin spicy powder to add zest.
Add a spoon or two of hot sauce, homemade or store bought if you want to sweat.
Bring to a boil once again, turn down the heat to a medium simmer. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit in pot. The longer it sits the better it tastes.
