Ingredients

    Pastured Beef liver, 453.5 grams
    Organic onions, raw, 1 large
Ejay's Natural Salt Pork, 283.5 grams
    NONE HYDROGENATED Lard, 1 tbsp

Tips

Soak the liver overnight in milk to cut that sharp after taste.
To me, it tastes better the next day - reheat slow or on a low microwave setting.

Directions

Slice the onion into rings.
Slice the salt pork and liver into manageable pieces.
Fry the onions and pork over a love heat until the onions are soft.
Add the liver and cook over the same low heat until cooked through but not rubbery.

Enjoy!
