This recipe is great for any busy day. You can put the chicken in frozen or thawed, and it can cook all day. My whole family enjoys this recipe and they always request it. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed
    Salsa, 1.5 cup
    *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 1 tsp


    *Not included in nutrition whole wheat tortilla, cheese (of your choice), tomatoes, lettuce and any other toppings you would like.*

Tips

I make my own taco seasoning, really you can add any seasoning you would like. Or any taco seasoning packet the nutritional value will not change drastically.

Also I use tostito's salsa, so far it has been the best that we have tried, whatever you prefer is fine. Also you can change the amount of salsa to your liking.


Directions

Add ingredients into crock pot, cook on high for 5 hours. Check to see if the chicken can be pulled apart, if not let cook until it can. Once you tear it apart let it cook till there are no juices left, (make sure it is on low once it is pulled apart).
