Ingredients

    1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 Med frozen bananna
    2 TB Boost chocolate protein powder
    1 TB Honey
    2 TB decaf instant coffee grounds - add regular if you want the kick
    5-6 ice cubes
    a splash of instant vanilla

Tips

If you leave out the honey it will make this 133 cal/per serving and since the soy milk is sweet I am sure this would still be wonderful!


Directions

combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!!
