Introduction

If you just want a simple chicken dish with a little kick, this is perfect for you. If you just want a simple chicken dish with a little kick, this is perfect for you.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    6.5 ounces chicken
.5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp Cholula hot sauce
    3 tsp red pepper flakes
    Non stick cooking spray

Tips

Depending on how "hot" you would like your chicken to be I would suggest modifying the hot sauce or peppers to your liking. Also, if the flavor is a bit too strong you may want to add more chicken to the mix.

Directions

Cut up chicken into small strips, spray your pan with non-stick cooking spray and place the chicken in the pan on medium heat. Add the soy sauce, Cholula, then begin adding the red peppers. I prepared this dish with whole dried peppers and simply cracked them open for the pepper flakes, but simple pepper flakes work as well. Let the chicken cook completely, then enjoy!
