Ingredients

    1 12-oz. bag shelled edamame
    1 15-oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    1/4 lemon, squeezed for juice
    2 Tbs. tahini
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Water, optional

Tips

I use my vita mix for this, but a food processor or blender would work, too.


Directions

Puree all ingredients together to desired consistency. Add water as necessary.

Serving size is 1/4 cup.
