Introduction

This is one of those meals that tastes naughty but isn't! And great for a craving because it goes together sooo quick! This is one of those meals that tastes naughty but isn't! And great for a craving because it goes together sooo quick!

Ingredients

    1/2 lb raw shrimp, devined and unshelled
    3 garlic cloves, pressed
    3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
    3 green onions, diced
    2 tsp sesame oil
    Juice of one lemon
    a few dashes of red pepper flakes to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in skillet or wok until almost smoking. Add shrimp, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink, be really careful not to overcook(about 5 minutes). Remove from heat, toss in cilantro and onions. Spritz on lemon juice and enjoy!!!
