Ingredients

    Black Beans (1 can)
    12 oz mixed vegetables
    1 cup fat-free milk
    1 cup tap water
    The following as needed per your taste:
    Salsa
    Hot Sauce
    Crushed Red pepper
    Red Curry Powder

Directions

Wash the black beans
Steam the frozen veggies (I used the microwave)
Place both the black beans and veggies in a large pot lined with oil or pam to avoid it from sticking. Put the pot at low temperature to keep warm and slightly cook the beans. Add curry powder or hot sauce if desired.
Mix in a pot the skim milk, water, salsa, red curry powder, and hot sauce, cook at high temperature on stove until you are down to 1/2 the volume you started with.
Mix the liquid into the larger pot with beans and veggies and cook down to nearly all the liquid is gone. Add spices or hot sauce as desired
