Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    1 cup half and half
    5 large mushrooms(chopped)
    1 cup ham( I use deli ham and chop it up)
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    5 slices swiss (torn into peices, or use shredded)
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    dash of salt, garlic, and pepper


Tips

*Optional- Microwave or sautee the ham before adding so that the recipe is not watery.


Directions

Set oven to 350. Grease 8x8 glass pan. Sprinkle cheddar on bottom. add mushrooms, ham, and swiss to bottom. In a large bowl, mix eggs, half and half, and seasonings, pour over ham and cheese. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 9 servings.
