    3-5 chicken breasts
    3 tbsp light butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 onion, diced
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    1 small can refrigerated biscuits (flaky - 4 or 5 biscuits)


1. Place chicken in crockpot, followed by butter, soup, broth, onion, and parsley. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
2. Shred chicken with fork.
3. Cut biscuits into pieces (9-15, depending on desired size). Cook 30 minutes more.

Serving Size: About 8 servings
