Introduction

This delicious hummus tastes just like it was store bought, and just as smooth! This delicious hummus tastes just like it was store bought, and just as smooth!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 garlic clove
    1 c cooked or canned chickpeas
    1 tsp sea salt
    3 tbsp tahini (ground sesame seeds)
    3 tbsp lemon juice (or juice from 1 lemon)
    1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 c (or 110 g) roasted red peppers*

    *I use the ones in the jar from Dollar Tree with the label that reads "Fire Roasted Red Peppers Breckenridge Farms"

Tips

Serve as a dip with rice crackers or pita bread.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or NutriBullet/Magic Bullet and pulse until smooth. Serve chilled. Store in an air-tight container.
