Introduction

Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 Tbsp
    Garlic, minced, 4 tsp
    Ginger, minced, 1 tsp
    Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, 3 Tbsp
    Rice Wine Vinegar, 1.5 Tbsp

Tips

Add water Tbsp by Tbsp to multiply sauce if needed.
Sprinkle with salt to enhance natural flavors of your ingredients.


Directions

Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.

Thinly slice your choice of meat and saute in olive oil. Cook until meat is mostly cooked through (2-3 minutes).

Add your choice of veggies and cook until veggies are softened (5-10 minutes depending on type of vegetables used).

Mix in the rest of the sauce ingredients, stirring constantly.

Stir until sauce is well mixed. Cook to desired doneness.

Super easy!
