Ingredients

    1 large onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp coconut oil
    1 pkg 20 oz ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    2 bottles of Spaghetti Sauce (24 oz each), Prego Roasted Garlic & Herb
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 Tbsp Basil

Tips

Top with fresh grated Parmesean cheese & serve over spaghetti squash for a low cal pasta option (not included in nutritional values).


Directions

12 servings at approx 1/2 cup each.

In a large pot, sweat onion in coconut oil. Add turkey & cayenne to onions, cook thoroughly breaking up large pieces. Add garlic & cook until fragrant about 1-2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well & bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, & let cook for about another 30-35 minutes.
