Introduction
Same as my other Warrior Shake, but made with water instead of milk and with more coconut oil. Same as my other Warrior Shake, but made with water instead of milk and with more coconut oil.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

1 cup filtered water
3 scoops Defense Nutrition's Warrior Whey, plain flavor
1 T Great Lakes Gelatin, green label
1 1/2 T unsweetened dark cocoa powder
3 scoops KAL brand pure stevia extract (or equivilent)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (no corn syrup)
1 small pinch sea salt
3 T virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup crushed ice
Tips
Make sure your coconut oil is very well blended into the shake before adding the ice.
Directions
Blend first 7 ingredients in blender until well blended. Add the coconut oil. Blend well. Add ice. Pulse until all crunching sounds are gone, then blend until smooth. Serve or freeze for an hour, stir with a spoon, and serve as a slushy.
