Ingredients

    .5 lb beef, sliced thin
    6 cups beef stock
    1 leek
    3 medium carrots
    4 medium potatoes
    1 small turnip
    1 celery stalk
    2 tsp salt
    1tbs pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    1tbs parsely
    2 tbs sour cream

Tips

we used salt free beef broth.
when we first found this recipe it didn't call for beef so you don't have to use any meat.
Also you can add more or less of each veg., but you my have to add some stock if it gets too thick.
i dont like tht much salt in my food so i dont always use what it calls for. still turns out good


Directions

put stock in pot and bring it to a boil
cut all vegtibles in cubes or slices no bigger than .5 inch
cut beef into thin slices, then cut slices into even size pieces.

once stock is boiling add all vegtibles, galic and parsley.
turn heat down and simmer for an hour

after an hour place soup in a blend and blend until smooth
add sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

cook beef then add to soup
