Ingredients

    3-4 chicken tenderloins
    Light honey-mustard salad dressing
    3 cups baby salad/spinach mix
    4 mushrooms sliced
    1/4 cucumber, sliced
    1 tomato, quartered
    Ken's Lite Caeser Dressing
    Herbed goat cheese

Directions

Marinate chicken tenderloins in honey-mustard dressing for 30 minutes
Spray pan with cooking spray.
Cook tenderloins until no longer pink. Set aside. Cool.
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Slice chicken into bite-size pieces and add to salad
Toss with Lite Caesar.
