Ingredients

    2 Large tomatoes, Chopped
    2 Cucumbers, peeled & chopped
    4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (evoo)
    1 Tbsp Dry dill weed

Directions

Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into 1/2 inch cubes
Place in a bowl and add dill, mix thouroughly
Add olive oil and lemon juice, mix thouroughly
Add salt and pepper to taste

No cooking needed.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
