    1 can salmon
    2 eggs beaten
    about 8 Pork Rinds

Directions

Do not drain salmon. Remove bones.
Add beaten egg.
Add crushed pork rinds.
Shape into 8 patties.
Fry in olive oil about 5 min each side.
