Very easy, extremely low-Cal and yet creamy and delicious Very easy, extremely low-Cal and yet creamy and delicious
Number of Servings: 6


    4 medium Tomatos (ca. 400g)
    0.5 medium onion
    2 small cloves garlic
    1 TS Olive Oil
    1.5 TS Cream Cheese
    spices (salt, pepper, Oregano/Basil/Parsley etc)


Mix with Spaghetti and add a ts of Parmesan


Chop onions, Garlic and Tomatos. Heat Oil and cook onions and garlic until glassy, add the tomatos and a little water. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Strain the tomatoes through a sieve, whisk in the cream cheese thoroughly. Add a pinch of salt and Pepper and some spices like Oregano, Parsley or basil to taste

Serving Size: makes 6 small servings (depends on how juicy your tomatoes are)
