Introduction

Ingredients

    1 15.5 oz can of Goya black beans
    1 small chopped onion
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon olive oil

    *Optional* dash or two of salt

Tips

If you do choose to add salt try not to over do it, Goya beans already have salt.


Directions

- Heat up the pan or pot and add the olive oil, medium heat
- Add the chopped onion and cook covered for 2 minutes
- Add the minced garlic, mix and cook for another minute covered
- Add the beans, mix (at this point add salt if you choose to) and cook covered for another 5-6 minutes

Serving Size: makes two 0.875 cup servings
