Ingredients

    1 can Kroger Mixed Vegetables
    1 can Kroger Carrots (sliced)
    2 cans Kroger Sweet Golden Corn (whole kernal)
    2 cans Kroger White Potatoes (Whole)
    2 cans Kroger Green Beans (cut)
    1 packet Lawrey's Beef Stew Spices and Seasonings
    4 lb of Beef for Stewing

Directions

Pour all cans into a 5 quart Slow Cooker taking care to remove water from 1 can of corn, green beans and potatoes.
Mix beef into vegetables.
Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours. Overnight worked great.

    Canned veggies are fine for a quick soup since they are already cooked. To put them in a slow cooker, really would turn them into mush! Not to mention the sodium. I agree on the "fresh is best" method! So much tastier and better for you. - 1/27/08
